Miguel is an experienced Project Manager and licensed General Contractor with over 20 years of hands-on experience leading high-impact construction projects across a wide spectrum of sectors. With a proven track record of delivering complex developments on time and within budget, Miguel is known for his strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, Miguel has successfully overseen projects exceeding $200 million in total value, demonstrating his capacity to manage large-scale operations with confidence and precision. His portfolio includes luxury spec residential estates, multi-family housing developments, charter schools, right-of-way (ROW) improvements, and critical civil infrastructure—each executed with meticulous attention to detail and a sharp focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Miguel thrives in high-stakes environments, leveraging his decades of field experience to anticipate challenges, streamline construction workflows, and guide multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes. As a licensed general contractor, he brings a practical, results-driven approach to every phase of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction and permitting to execution and final delivery.

Director of Construction

Axel is a seasoned construction project manager and architect with over a
decade of experience leading design-build projects across the U.S. and Colombia. Holding a Master’s in Construction Project Management from the University of New South Wales and a background in architecture and a
general contractor license, Axel seamlessly bridges design vision and execution, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.

His diverse portfolio includes luxury residential developments, multi-family
housing, commercial spaces, and large-scale renovations, managing projects from pre-construction planning to final delivery. Axel can operate in an owner’s representative capacity, oversee the entire process, or take a
more hands-on project management role, assembling and managing key professionals such as general contractors and design teams to guarantee a seamless, hands-off experience for clients.

With a keen eye for problem-solving, cost efficiency, and strategic planning, Axel ensures projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. His ability to coordinate teams, mitigate risks, and navigate complex construction processes makes him a trusted partner in bringing ambitious developments to life.
